Lauren, an experienced mother of four—including triplets—understands the hopes and worries parents carry when it comes to childcare. When her triplets were little, she was blessed with the opportunity to stay home with them. But when her youngest needed daycare, she struggled to find the right fit until she discovered a warm, loving home daycare—one that made such a lasting impact her family still keeps in touch today. That experience is what drove her to join NannyCareCo. Now that her children are grown, Lauren oversees the daily operations with the same attention to detail and strong organizational skills that ensure every family receives the trusted, nurturing care she once sought for her own children.
